I am Sananda,
And I come to be with you at this time to share with you about your earlier discussion, which was regarding the forgetting and moving on. And that is so important that you all do that because it is all about letting go of your attachments. And as was said earlier attachments will only hold you back, will keep you from your ascension process.
But all of you have the ability and the power within you to let go of those attachments, because they are not real. I say that now because they are a part of the illusion. So they are not based in reality. They are only based in programming and programming must be let go of. And the more that you understand this and realize fully who you are, and the idea that you need to find yourselves more and more in the higher frequencies.
But you cannot find yourself in those higher frequencies if you are holding on to the programming, and therefore the attachments. So let go of those attachments everywhere that you can.
Again, they are not real. They are just part of the illusion part of the matrix. Think about the movie The Matrix and how those people that were moving in the matrix, believed that they’re, there’s was the reality. But those that escaped the matrix; the Neos and others, knew that it was not the reality, that it was just simply an illusion and, and that is where you are all needing to fully understand,
that it is an illusion, the illusion is collapsing, the third dimension is collapsing, it cannot hold itself up, much longer.
The earth, Gaia herself will not hold on to that third dimensional illusion too much longer. Will it take something dramatic happening to bring this about?, possibly. But it is also about what was being said in the meditation about the trickling of the truths coming forward, and that is what is happening now, the truths are beginning to flood through. And as they continue to flood through, then those of you that have the eyes to see in the ears to hear will certainly know that truth as it comes through. But there are so many more that have not had those eyes to see, but do now and they will begin to see this as well, and hear the truth as well.
So be of good cheer my friends my brothers and sisters, all is well all is exactly as it needs to be, and one more thing, when I as Yeshua (Jesus) those many thousands of years ago, said to my disciples “leave everything behind, do not take anything, but that which you can carry on your back”. That was the idea of letting go of all attachments. Because I knew that if they held those attachments, they would not be able to find their ascension, as well.
So please each and every one of you heed these words, Let go, let go of the past. Forgive, forget, and move on. Be in the present moment as much as you possibly can, and know that the frequencies; as they continue to increase, will and continue to help you stay in those higher frequencies, will help you to stay in the higher consciousness, will help you to let go of the old programming. It is all working together to bring this about, many different sources everywhere are working on this process, to help the earth ascend; not the earth itself, she will ascend regardless, but the people on the earth, to find their ascension.
That is what this is all about. That is what you all came here for. Yes, you are the way showers. It is time now to show the way first to yourselves and then to others.
I am Sananda and I leave you now in peace and love and oneness. And that you continue to believe in yourselves and let go of all that is not of yourselves.

Greetings, One Who Serves here and Shoshanna is here and we are ready for your questions if you have them and we apologize for the interruption during your meditation
There was a what you call a malfunction in your machinery.
Something happened here, but anyway, we are ready to continue and answer your questions if you have them.

Oh, yes, I have one.
Do you feel that the MedBeds will be coming out this year in 2026?
OWS
We would love to say yes, but we cannot as you know, we are not in the business of predictions, psychic traditions or anything of this nature. We only deal in potential and possibilities as you know.
But we can tell you that there are many movements that are beginning now to push this forward to possibly bring this about toward the end of this year very possibly or into the beginning more of the next year.
But it could also be in the next few months. We cannot say this directly because machinery is in motion here to bring various patents that have been held back from the forefront and that is coming about. We cannot say how it is going to happen or in what order it is going to happen but just as you know the truth is coming forward and these truths that are coming forward, are going to open up a new avenue of expression of more truths coming forward from every different direction.
And some of that very well may be the release of the many inventions and technology that have been held back.

Regarding the release of the Epstein files.
There are some people who I believe are on the side of the light, some podcasters such as Ian Carroll and Candace Owens who may be now incredibly mistrustful of the Trump administration and Pan Bondi and everything else, because of how long it took and because of some redactions of the people that were the criminals.
At least they’re saying that there was a lot of redactions. So I mean I’d like to know for sure that there’s nobody like Pan Bondi here or anybody in the Trump administration who was definitely on the dirty side and I’d like some clarity on why they did that because it didn’t make them look good.

We will tell you, just as you have heard previously that the one Trump is playing 5D chess while the others are playing 3D so it is an example of the art of war as you have heard before, in knowing your enemies and knowing what you have to do to bring this about.
And it has all been a plan that has been worked on for many years now, even many decades here to bring it to this point where all is coming together and will continue to do so.
But it had to be this way, it had to be this way as in your Q drops as they were called, where they can’t be told, they have to be shown.
You see.
So that is what is happening. People now are going to begin to see for themselves not hearing from those of you, the so-called conspiracy theorists, but seeing it for themselves now that all of this that you have been saying, all that many of others have been saying, is indeed true and coming forward.
So again, it had to be this way.

There is an operation going on, it is called the white hat operation. It is a long game that has been going on for decades and it is not up to individuals
To understand everything that is taking place. Some of it looks very controversial and some of it looks like it was delayed in some fashion.
The challenge is many of you are ready to hear it all right now and have been waiting a long time to hear it all right now.
But that is not the case for most on this planet. They must be instructed, as we find it, to begin to comprehend and understand what has really taken place in their lives, you see.
We will tell you that the one you call Pam Bonnie is a controlled chess piece.
She is controlled and has been given an ultimatum that If she does not play on the good side, on the light side, it will no longer be easy. She will no longer have the freedom in her life that she has enjoyed in the past. She has been on the wrong side of the tracks, we will call it.
She has been pulled in to participate in the white hat operation to save her own skin, as we find it.
So you are not far off, but she has been controlled by the white hat operation and she is carrying out a script, you see, that she has been told to carry out.
She is not making these decisions on her own. She has been provided with answers.
She has provided with the timeline, when and where and what and why she will release these things.
You will not know, as many will not know, what the true timeline is and why things are being executed the way they’re being executed. If you recall, in the past, in the not so distant past, you were hearing the Trump say that the Epstein files were a hoax and that we should not be talking about them and now they’re being released.
So you’re wondering what the heck is going on. It is all scripted, you see, and it is all to a point of bringing the world to a point of enlightenment, of understanding.
So be patient. Watch what is going on but do not be concerned about what is happening or be concerned about why it is happening.

I wanted to find out a little bit more about the mentors. I had an interesting dream and I guess I wanted to inquire about what are some of the four ways in which they will be coming to interact with us in the near future. Thank you.

This is very difficult to say at this point as many of you, as you are moving through the ascension process, will begin to have those mentors become much more, in a sense, visible to you.
We will say that that is very possible in the times ahead, that they will show themselves, first in your dreams. Yes, then perhaps in your waking state, semi-conscious state or even in your conscious state.
That is very strong possibility that that will occur. But it will only happen as you are in those higher frequencies and remain in those higher frequencies. They will not drop down to the frequency of the third dimension. They will only come to you in the frequency of the higher fourth dimension and beyond.
So think about that as that is how you will begin to understand and draw them much closer than you do now. But also understand that those mentors are with you right now, are always with you and do everything they can to bring understandings to you when the time is necessary for this.
So, that is what we say about this. Shoshana, you have anything you will add here?

And to do that you do need to let go of the old and embrace the new.
